Cal Lab Solutions, in cooperation with Astro-Med^®, Inc., has developed Automated Fluke MET/CAL^® Verification Procedures for Dash Portable Data Recorders: Dash 8HF Data Recorder Dash 8x Data Recorder, Dash 18x Data Recorder and Dash 32HF Data Recorder. Both turn-key verification and adjustment procedures each have runtimes under 3 hours and utilize the most common calibrators--Fluke 5500/5520/5700/5720. For fully automated, hands off procedures, we also offer customized solutions with Multiple Channel Switching Solutions (MUX). This allows a lab technician to simply connect and walk away. Cal Lab Solutions (CLS), a software engineering and consulting company whose primary focus is on the metrology industry recently entered into a Channel Partnership and Value-Added Reseller Agreement with Agilent Technologies. Such a relationship with Agilent Technologies is an important step for CLS in its development of a turnkey automated test system. This Channel Partnership also allows CLS to improve upon and expand support to Agilent customers and self-maintainers with automated calibration procedures for instruments not supported by Agilent TME. Under this agreement, CLS introduced the PCS-50, a complete turn-key solution for calibration of power sensors, power splitters, and attenuators. With the increased frequency range of 9 kHz to 50 GHz, the PCS-50 package was designed to be a replacement system for the aging HP 11760S power sensor calibration system. PCS-50 is just the first turn-key solution; Cal Lab Solutions will be creating other turnkey systems for other product lines. As a result of this Channel Partnership, Agilent Technologies has also recognized Cal Lab Solutions as a prime source for automated calibration procedures for the Fluke MET/CAL® platform.
