Cal Lab Solutions and MUDCATS^TM

MUDCATS Metrology Suite is without a doubt the calibration package of choice. Labs running MUDCATS soon discover they are able to do more calibration with less effort. This translates to more items out the door with less cost.

MUDCATS is divided into several modules, each designed to increase productivity or provide an added service to your customers.

Laboratory Information Management (LIMS) module provides the production tracking tools needed by managers. It streamlines all of the administrative work from the moment the item hits your door, with several advanced features including Calibration Asset Management, Production Tracking, and Process Control tools.

Calibration Process Manager (CPM) collects and stores the calibration data. Packed with features, CPM can be scripted to create fully automated calibration procedures. Also, through SpecTrack, it can provide range or function level reverse tracability.

Pro-Remote is a version of the CPM Module designed to go onsite. Calibration Techs can synchronize with the main database, downloading the current data sheets and procedures. Then while they are onsite, Pro-Remote collects the calibration data and loads it back into the main database upon returning to the Lab.

Data Sheet Design: A Data Sheet is a list of test points tested on a Unit Under Test (UUT)--this is the foundation of MUDCATS. We are able to develop custom datasheets based on the manufacturer's recommended test points in their manual or on the data points you specify.

SpecTrack Design: SpecTrack is MUDCATS specification library that maps the accuracy and/or uncertainty specifications of instruments. SpecTrack provides the basis on uncertainty and tracking of both UUTs and lab standards. We offer SpecTrack Design on any instrument.

Data Migration: Changing to MUDCATS doesn't mean you have to throw out the baby with the bath water. We offer data migration service where we can move your existing calibration history to MUDCATS. We are able to migrate the data from most databases.

Training: Many companies prefer to do all of their automation in-house. Cal Lab Solutions can help there as well, by offering on-site training in Data Sheet Design, SpecTrack, and Automated Scripting of MUDCATS DataSheets.
