WebCats - a Custom Web Interface to MUDCATS^TM

WebCats is the web based solution customers are demanding. This user friendly software was designed with the customer’s needs in mind, giving them real-time access to the current status and calibration history of their equipment.

Let’s face it, your customers are busy people. They often need information but are too busy to phone the lab. Most people today would rather visit a web site to get the information they need than call the lab and wait on the phone. It was only a few years ago when allowing customers access via the web was a novelty. Today’s customers demand web access, they expect it, and many contracts are awarded solely based on web content.

Simple to use WebCats allows customers read-only access to the MUDCATS^TM database. Anytime, day or night, customers can simply login and view their calibration data. WebCats bridges the communication gap between the calibration lab and its customers by allowing them 24 hour access to the following information:

• The current status of items in for calibration or repair
• View Certificates of Calibration online
• Browse the historical calibration information in the database
• Use the search tools to find a specific asset or serial number
• Run Due Calibration and Overdue Calibration Reports
